I was injured in this store almost a year ago because of employee negligence. A bottle corroded with caustic, toxic chemicals was placed on a shelf. I unknowingly went to purchase the product, touched the bottle, then touched my eye as I turned my cart around. Lowe's claims it's my fault because I touched my eye after touching the bottle that one of their employees was too lazy to clean or discard of. They refuse to refund me my eye doctor bills which totaled a mere $45. Not only do they refuse to refund me, but it took nearly a year of me trying to get them to even respond to my calls and emails. I am absolutely disgusted with Lowe's.

I had purchased an item and Tricia in customer service was extremely rude in tone and body language when I attempted to return it after it was malfunctioning. I couldn't find the receipt but had put it on a card. This lady implied I was a thief, returned things often, and snapped at me to take the item with me when it declined the return without a receipt. I think I have returned maybe one item in 3 years to a store without a receipt so it is not like I am a serial returner. Maybe it was the dollar amount but I'm not sure.I had called first and was told by a nicer worker that they could look it up with the label off the box and or my card. She however didnt want to take the time to do that. She refused to let me speak to a supervisor initially and when I insisted a supervisor found the receipt with a card number but I was sent back to her to get my refund and she continued to be rude to me and the guest behind me. She doubled down with her attitude like she was mad they found the receipt. She treated and talked to the next guy in line the same way. She riles people up with how she speaks to people and acts like its funny. As soon as he walked away she was rolling her eyes and making faces to another guest about him. Put someone in customer service that actually has customer service skills because it isn't her.

This is my second time this week being in here get up to the register and the prices aren't what they are supposed to be talk to. What is supposed to be a manager named Joey and he wanted to argue with me about it so I guess I'm going to be going elsewhere from now on and by the way these are not 75% off. They only took off 50%

Trying to get someone to pick the phone seems to be almost impossible, when I finally did I asked for a manager and I got Nikki, well she didn't want to be bothered and put me on hold quickly. Once she got back with me she said what she had to then hung up

Just went here to get a propane tank. I waited outside for the tank as instructed, but wasn’t sure who was supposed to help me out. I asked the only Lowe’s employee I saw outside, a young black man with dreadlocks, if he could check on my tank. He looked right at me and completely ignored me. That’s the most disrespectful service I’ve had in awhile.
