Alex is very knowledgeable, which I appreciate alot. I came in with one mattress in mind and Alex showed me a few different options for a firm mattress. He suggested I try the new purple mattress and he sold me on it. I enjoy my experience with Alex, and will recommend him if I hear of someone looking for a new bed. Thanks Alex ?

The business was very neat and Alex the sales person was very helpful and informative. This is the 3rd mattress and box spring set we have purchased at Mattress Firm and have had a good experience each time. I highly recommend this business.

Tyler at the Springfield Ohio store on 1500 N. Bechtle was outstanding!! Not pushy at all very knowledgable with the stores' products to help me and the wife make a informed decision. I was very comfortable making our purchase!!!

I shopped around to several places in the area and Mattress Firm was the clear choice (I won't mention the other places by name... You know who you are!). The manager was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. Their beds were also the most comfortable and affordable. Plus they have a free delivery service!

I'm giving 5 stars because the service was great and Clifford was awesome! I hate that we had to spend so much on a mattress, but unfortunately that's just the nature of the industry, and Clifford made it easy for us and got us any discounts he could. We got a tempurpedic for less than the tempurpedic website.

Alissa, at Mattress Firm Outlet in Springfield, OH was amazing while helping my wife and I pick out the right bed for our needs. She even helped with picking out the right pillows for how we slept. Alissa kept us up to date with sales and discounts while we dealt with our own issues of returning our Sleep Number bed!! We will be repeat customers for sure due to Alissa’s great customer service!!
