“I love this furniture store. We just recently purchased a custom-made sectional and some end tables and coffee table and a lamp and custom pillows for our new couch. The staff was extremely helpful and very patient with us as we took our sweet time picking out our fabrics. I highly recommend this family-owned and ran local furniture store.”

“Excellent Products Excellent Customer Service I went into the Springfield Ohio Original mattress store today 8/18/26. I told the employee Eric I was buying a new adjustable frame to replace the one I bought from there 6 years ago. I purchased a new one and left the store. Eric (Employee) I purchased from, called the Original Mattress Factory in Hillard Ohio and told them about my current adjustable frame not working and I just purchased a new one. I received a call from Jared in Hillard Ohio, he asked what my frame issue was, he took his time and walked me through steps and my frame was working again. Then refunded my money over the phone. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Eric and Jared, if you need a mattress or frame, Original Mattress Factory stands behind their products 100%. 1000 + stars”
