I wouldn't even give one star if I could. When I made an appointment, they said it would be finished in 35 to 45 minutes. They didn't do anything for 4 hours and finished the customers after me before me. You can't waste people's time by lying. Shame on such service.

Had to wait for 2 and a half hours for them to do an oil change. When they are finally done, I get in my car afterwards and the glovebox was laying on the passengers side floor. Not sure how that happened and why someone was near it. I thought that tire pressure would also be checked. However, it wasn't-now I have to go get air in my tires. I Do Not Recommend them based on this visit.

Had an appointment for an oil change, took two hours and was told I had a leaking water pump and they quoted me $1,380 for a water pump that I didn’t need replaced. Make sure to get a second opinion from another shop before doing anything with this place.

Either Incompetent or outright dishonest practices. *updated at the end*
Took van for brakes to be repaired in April due to sluggish brakes and brake indicator light was on. They told me everything was bad; calipers, pads and rotors. I argued a bit about it because I didn’t see how the calipers could possibly need changed. I finally just agreed to have everything changed as I told them I was taking my family on a long 26 hour drive trip and I wanted to be safe. This cost $2000.
Even after it was “repaired” the breaks didn’t seem right to me but they were so bad before I thought I was being paranoid. After three months, I could tell something was wrong, same problem, breaks were sluggish and then the light came back on. I took it back. Sat for 5 hours while they tried to figure out what was wrong.
They first told me it was a leaking break line. Then they told me they should probably replace the master cylinder, but they weren’t sure if either of those things were really the problem. It would be $1200 and if it still acted the same I could just bring it back and they would replace “other components.”
So I asked why in the world I would just have them replace random components for thousands of dollars. They then said they put dye in the break line and I should drive it for a couple of weeks and come back so they could see where the problem is…. They provided me with no documentation of what they did or what their “guesses” were. They sent me a text saying my car was fixed and I should pick it up (even though I had already driven away). I have a feeling this text was sent to cover themselves in case my car brakes don’t work and my family are involved in a serious accident and then no one can sue them. They clearly either missed this problem when I brought it in three months ago or didn’t want to deal with it. They just charged me for everything they could think of three months ago and never bothered to check if any of those things were the actual problem.
I spent 5 hours at Midas today. I could have left and come back but they never bothered to give me any indication of how long they needed to figure out the issue. During that time I counted 7 customers who walked in. 5 of them were returning with problems due to previous service they had recently.
Furthermore my car had grease handprints all over the inside of the car on the drivers side where they got in and out. Thankfully it was on the plastic and not the cloth.
Both the manager and the customer service rep I called later asked me the same question. “What do you want?” I answered them both the same way. I want honesty, fair prices and ethical treatment. And most of all, I want my brakes to work so I can keep my family safe in my vehicle. Apparently that’s too much to ask….
If I could give zero stars I would. In my opinion: Gouging customers. Inflated prices for everything and obviously incompetent.
*update*: I both called Midas customer service as well as clicked the link Midas put below this review and filled out the form they supplied. I have received NO communication from them whatsoever. Obviously they respond to these reviews to give the appearance they are going to help in some way but it’s only for show. I also found that if you call the number, 95%+ of customers speak to a person but only %6 are satisfied with the outcome. So…don’t expect much from Midas.

Please tell me why I was at the dealership for over TWO HOURS when I specifically asked them to only do an oil change. They also completely overbook themselves. I had to reschedule an appointment I made online, that they approved, because they had a lobby full of people and they didn’t have time for me. I was traveling the next day and they put us extremely behind schedule. I also had a coupon THEY TOLD ME I could use to get a 29.99 oil change, but then put an oil in my car that didn’t qualify. (My car can have the oil required on the coupon, they just chose to give me the more expensive kind). I will never go here again.

Don't make an appointment it doesn't mean anything as I was told by the attendant. Called for tires the guy on the phone told me to bring my car in at 9 the next morning, I asked him how long ,should I leave it or wait and he told me should only take 45 minutes to an hour and I could wait. When I got there the rack were full and I sat and waited 40 minutes and my car still wasn't in the garage and when I asked why I had an appointment he told that that was just to get me in there!!! Well not any more

I am a long term customer of Midas and have visited this location many times.
I had my oil changed today with an appointment - the staff were polite, they got my truck in on time, the waiting room was clean and pleasant, the turn around time was quick.
Overall a good experience

We were greeted right away as we walked in, and our vehicle was as taken to the service bay and serviced. We were in and out in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend this location.

Avoid at all cost!!!!Charged me $107 for an alignment. When I got it back it pulled to the left and the steering wheel was turned to the right when going straight so I took it back it. The receipt say 90 day satisfaction guarantee. He told me he would look at it but charge me a diagnostic fee. I said I just wanted it aligned correctly. He said it was. I said no it isn’t and he told me to leave the store. I went to T&M Bear and they fixed it the same day. I should have gone there the first time.
