I was on day 8 of laryingitis and bronchitis. OTC meds were not kicking this bug. So I booked an appt with CVS Minute Clinic Derr Road Springfield, OH. PA Julie was professional right from the start. Pleasant greeting, good questions, good listener, conscientious about list of my meds, etc. This was my best experience at the Minute Clinic. Julie was kind, knowledgeable, followed protocol, was thorough, and I could tell she wanted to help me the best way she could. She told me to take regular Muscinex, she gave me cough pearls for cough, and a written script for Augmentin if I was not better in two days. She was careful to see if I could take Nyquil and the cough pearls at the same time. I could. I could not have felt more cared for and I left feel reassured that going into the weekend I had a written script if I did not get better. 5 stars for sure for this visit and PA Julie!

They took very good care of me. If there was something the NP wasn't sure of, she asked around to find the answer. Very personal care and didn't make me feel like I was being rushed out. They made me feel like they genuinely care.

Online shows they are open until 8 PM. Once you actually get there they’re only open till 7 PM. I arrived at 25 minutes till seven. The CNP showing a patient out and refused to take me because they were closing.

I recently visited the Minute Clinic for my daughter’s sports physical and earache. We had an exceptional experience thanks to the amazing service provided by Derrick Marple, PA. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming attitude. The PA was incredibly attentive, taking the time to thoroughly listen to my daughter’s concerns and answer all of our questions. We left the clinic feeling reassured and grateful for the outstanding service. I highly recommend this Minute Clinic and especially the exceptional PA who made our visit so positive.

Absolutely phenomenal care. We were in town visiting family for the holidays. My daughter complained about a sore throat and I scheduled an appointment the same day. We waited for just a few minutes.The visit itself only lasted about 10-15 minutes. Derrick Marple was our provider and he was PERFECT!!! He made my daughter so comfortable and even made her laugh several times. He educated her and even played with my 2-year-old.I've worked in the healthcare field for 20 years and it is rare you find people these days who are passionate about helping people but Derrick was like an Angel with a stethoscope.Thank you to CVS for hiring such an amazing provider!Thank you Mr. Marple for your outstanding care and service!

The CNP Amy was very professional and caring. She took me back earlier than was expected. She explained my treatment plan and made sure I understood it. I would return to this clinic anytime it was needed.

This was my very first experience with the Minute Clinic at Derr Road CVS. The NP on duty (Derrick Marple) was not only ready to see my son EARLIER than his appointment time, but greeted my 4 year old with a smile and a joke. He was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, professional, and thoughtful. As a mother with two children under 5 years old in the Springfield area, it was so, unbelievably refreshing to receive COMPLETE, genuine pediatric care, with a smile, and someone who got giggles from my scared, sick little guy. I can’t send enough praise to NP Marple. Or recommend the very accommodating staff at CVS Derr road Minute Clinic more. THANK YOU for an exceptional experience!

My first need to utilize the minute clinic was because I thought I was dealing with a sinus infection. NP Marple took great care of me & even looked deeper into things than I expected. His actions discovered that I had another problem & got me on a path to remedy. I am grateful that I ended up in the care of someone with high integrity & a clear passion for helping folks.
