bad service
I ordered some packages of screws and when I went to pick them up they were giving me a few pieces, I asked for a refund and they only gave me part of them, they didn't replace everything I paid.
Of the 55.52 that I paid, they only gave me 45 back, bad service and they still steal from you, I will never come back here again.

Walked in needing a part and all I had was a photo. Showed the counter person the photo and had it in 1 minute. More to the point was the friendly atmosphere between the employees and people waiting for service. Just nice friendly banter. No one in a hurry, no screaming for help, there was plenty.

If I don't buy oem I do prefer Napa over other aftermarket parts stores. They have better quality parts and most items in stocks with helpful and friendly employees.

I needed a battery and they had it in stock. The store opened early and I was able to get the battery and take it to be installed.
