This place and all of its management need to be out of work forever and try life doing a real job.... like clock work every storm power or internet out for days all because these man children dont approve spectrum engineers to fix the issue when it happens... internet out at 8 am spectrum still awaiting approval from first energy to make repairs at 5 30 pm hah how do people like this keep their jobs?

They started putting large utility boxes in front yards of new builds in Plain City. These are a complete eye sore to look at and ours is 2 feet away from our driveway. They said they are doing it for easy access but your easy access is not my forever problem. I have to look at this thing everyday and worry if my car door is going to hit it or if my kids are going to get hurt from it running around the yard. They refused to move it over 3 feet so we won't feel like we were going to hit it with our car but they wont. Said we will have to pay $7k for their mistake. Terrible business, awful business decisions putting transformers in peoples front yards.

I often don't write reviews. But I do want the public to be aware of certain trends in certain industries.
So here it is:
Most horrible unreliable power supplier. In the past 2 month we had like five outages. Complete with no power for hours even though weather was very nice.
No storm, no hail, no tornado, no extreme winds, yet no power.
How do you justify your existence taking public monies for services you are offering in below mediocrity level.
Absolutely outrageous It's like stealing.
We all pay our dues for services. But here they got the Monopoly overpower supply and they receive moneys providing poor unreliable services.
I was not surprised to see that they received one star. That is even gracefully given.
If I could choose no stars I would do so

Absolutely terrible. The fact that Ohioans are against cheap and reliable renewable energy is beyond me. Ohio Edison overcharges every time!

My wife is on health, and life support devices, I filed 4 separate times the documents so there would be assistance given. Nothing ever changed. When the power goes out and you lose chilled medication and have to refill, and then all the food lost, no support is ever given, no decreased bill, nothing. Customers are completely ignored, as they just continue to drive the bill higher and higher.

This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life! Not only do they have frequent outages but when you call them, you literally cannot talk to a representative. They hide behind all of these prompts that don’t allow you to talk to anybody to ask questions about the outage. Avoid this company at all cost!

Estimated wait time was 2 to 3 hours to speak about my final bill after cancellation because they screwed up and charged me 100 dollars more than my average bill
