Do not buy parts at O'Reilly's especially on main Street in Springfield Ohio... I've tried to return a part that was under warranty that would purchased less than one year with the receipts... In the assistant manager keeps turning me away giving me all types of excuses.. that the story don't have the cash to pay me back.. or she don't know if it's okay... But whatever the reason may be that she comes up with she will not give me back my money... So to eliminate the hassle I would just purchase your parts somewhere else. Always a good place. Had to go back and get different parts. They sold me the wrong spark plugs other than that very good, please, nice employees.

My wife's car broke down the staff here was so helpful, even allowed her to park over night. I guess if you ever want to break down there isn't a better place then here.

I have the flu and I’ve spent more time on my toilet than by bed the last 4 days, I have a doctors note stating I have the flu and I need time away. District manager Mike insists I work with the flu or I’ll be fired from Oreillys. Seems like a piss poor “policy” I’m being fed but putting your other employees at risk just because you don’t want to have the shift covered is absolute piss poor management. I’ll gladly spend an entire shift on the toilet at Oreillys paid to have diarrhea sounds good to me!
