I have the flu and I’ve spent more time on my toilet than by bed the last 4 days, I have a doctors note stating I have the flu and I need time away. District manager Mike insists I work with the flu or I’ll be fired from Oreillys. Seems like a piss poor “policy” I’m being fed but putting your other employees at risk just because you don’t want to have the shift covered is absolute piss poor management. I’ll gladly spend an entire shift on the toilet at Oreillys paid to have diarrhea sounds good to me!

The service was good for Springfield. The brake pads I thought were poorly manufactured given how much they cost. But, that's not their fault.

They were friendly and fast service. The oil was $2 dollars cheaper than AutoZone. The clerk put my oil in my car bc I couldn't get the cap open and I asked the clerk to just help me open it but then he also put the oil im it.

They have some of the most knowledgeable people in the retail parts industry. The services that they have to offer..none of their competitors offer all of them. Install wiperson just about anything! Batteries installed in most vehicles. Turn rotors and drums. And new to this area.. They mix paint! They also have locations that build hydraulic hoses! You can't beat them for the services they offer. And the store on East Main in Springfield, Ohio is top notch.

I waited in line to find out why my engine light was on so I could get part to fix it and was told I had to wait on the other customers to clear out first. Customer's were coming in after me and I was told they came first. I spend a huge amount of money with oriellys all over the country but I will not go back to this one. Very poor customer service
