I use the self wash station. They provide shampop and conditioner. The water is warm. The equipment is easy to use however if any issues the staff is available to assist you. To top it off they provide a treat bag for your pet! Highly recommend!

This place has great staff soon as you walk in they are asking if you need anything and how they may help you always have the stuff you need and the place is clean the animals and reptiles are all taken care of I mean I refuse to go anywhere else

Love this place, friendly helpful staff. Only 4 stars because I can't find much for my x-small dog. Wish they carried more for little bits 😀
