Poor customer service, terrible parking lot situation (which is mostly out of the locals control), and all in all just terrible business practice. Ended up canceling our account and switched banks. Couldn’t be happier to leave.

This branch is going downhill fast. I'm so tired of not getting the customer service I deserve! Not to mention the parking lot is extremely difficult to get into and out without smashing anyone. Bring back the employees that was there back in the summer. Word of mouth is the higher up did some of them dirtball sleezy. SMH God don't like ugly

Avoid this bank!My Mom died in April and on May 3 we asked for old statements.More than three months later we still don't have them. We've asked repeatedly and we keep getting the run around.If you ever wondered why you should avoid a small regional bank and just go to a larger bank, this is why. Something that should have been done in a quick emailed PDF the day we asked has taken months with no resolution in sight.They don't have old records on PDF and have to print them off, but apparently don't care to do so in a timely manner. It is 2023, how in the world don't they have all recent statements saved on PDFs somewhere?My family used this bank for years and it has been so frustrating and disappointing this is how they treat their customers.Extremely disappointed in this whole experience and the incredible lack of empathy shown by this 'bank'.I can only hope someone sees this at the bank and takes the 10 minutes needed to just get us the statements we need to get my Mom's estate in good order.

A little wait for a Saturday at 12:15. Tellers was friendly and on top of their jobs. Got a high dollar cashier check. They checked everything to a tee.

Usually I opt for the drive thru; however, I chose to go inside today. Turned out to be a blessing, I was greeted with the friendly, and upbeat Mr. Robert. He was very informative, leading to a fast transaction. Thank you for lifting my spirits and making my banking experience phenomenal.
