Applied to work in Admin, was called to see if I was still interested in the job. I replied, "yes." Was told that the manager of Springfield Branch would get in contact with me within the week of the phone call. I never received that phone call, not one week or two weeks after, no phone call period. I had to look on Indeed to know about my rejection. It's a shame that companies are out of touch with service and communication practices. It's not difficult to call back, LEAVE A MESSAGE if unanswered, or shoot an email for whatever the purpose is. I'm infuriated and tired of companies like this. It's not difficult to communicate or reach out to anyone these days. Thank you for being a leader for poor organization/ management/ and communications in this example, you aren't not the only one.

Never used them but a van just decided to use my driveway as a turnaround. Long driveway and wasnt driving slow. So I know whom won't get my business ever.

I own Flower Craft and have issues with a cooler for months. After patience and them working hard to solve problem Dean figured it out. He saved my Valentines Day cooler problem. Thank you all so much.

Came out same day and fixed our commercial refrigerator. The repair tech even did fixes to old "band-aid" fixes done by previous techs from other companies. He showed me what was wrong and what he did to fix it.
