I purchased a letter jacket and jogging pants for my granddaughter for her senior year for swimming we went in person in August and picked out what we wanted. I put down a security deposit was told it would be maybe 2 to 3 weeks and they would call they never called never heard from them gave them a month we went back out to check on things. They had the jacket in, but didn’t have the pants in yet took her out to have it put on the jacket and explain to them what we wanted on it where we wanted it she said oh that’ll be a couple weeks and we’ll have it ready so we went back in October to check on it after no phone call no notifications was told jackets here we can get it assembled get everything put on it but the pants still aren’t in all things black jogging pants with gold lettering on it that says swimming mind you’ve already paid half for this stuff and it wasn’t cheap. I sure hope the product that I purchased is not cheap either , now we’re talking the last of November to the shop. Gentleman said well my wife is not here. She takes care of all of that but I’ll look for it and give you a call back. No phone call so I politely drove to the shop and ask him what the problem was , he gave me a line of garbage as always these two individuals that own and run red ball printing are very very unscrupulous people if you are not a Kenton Ridge cougars fan, they could care less whether they get your merchandise ready for you or not they just the same as told us that because we were put behind what they were doing for the Kenton Ridge orders. The gentleman apologized many times but I don’t want apologies when I’m paying almost $300 all they had to do was tell me they didn’t want my business. I would’ve went elsewhere and I would have preferred the honesty. They are not someone that you would want to deal with, they are not listed with the Better Business Bureau because I asked I think it’s a shame it’s picture time for my granddaughter and she could not even wear her joggers or her jacket to get her picture taken in and it’s their fault going on for months. it’s a sad situation. I would not recommend them to anyone for anything. They are rude And lazy

Dropped off items to be personalized. After 2 months of me calling and no answer went in to check and they hadn't even started them yet. Do not recommend.

I ordered and paid for a shirt at the corn festival. I was told 2wks for it to be made. It will be 3 wks on Saturday. No phone call about shirt being delayed. When I called and left a message no one returned my call. After driving to the store to check on the shirt. I was frustrated to find out the shirt I was excited to wear to soccer games this season was not even started. It would be about 5wks since they had been so busy. To say I am completely disappointed is an understatement. I think the quality of the work will be good when ever I get the shirt, but don't tell someone 2wks and just ignore them... I would have ordered from someone else had I known the time wasn't 2wk and the soccer season will be over before I will receive it.

Just received our face mask and I love the quality. I wore mine most of the day and I was very comfortable. Red Ball are able to do any logo or designs and have many different prints to choose from. Great Value and washable. Thanks Mike and Talena Great Job!

I LOVE that I can call with a random tshirt design and they can not only produce it but do it QUICK and with great quality! We have gotten so many tshirts from Talena and Mike and will keep shopping with them! They are great!
