Had a pair of boots that the stitching broke. Took to get resolved. The Representatives working at the Springfield Ohio location handle my issue with professionalism and understanding. Red Wing has an excellent product they stand behind. Thanks for everything.

So I've worn redwing for years. Vasques, Irish Setters to a standard 6 inch boot. All have lasted a long time. Today at the Springfield, Ohio location, I experienced a whole new level of professionalism. Kaden (sales clerk) asked me how my current pair was wearing and more importantly, made suggestions to help me understand how the boot should feel on my foot. After adding various tips, helped me settle on a pair that fit how boots should fit. Never buying cheaply made brands again. Thanks again Kaden

I highly recommend Red Wing in Springfield Ohio if looking for steel toe boots or shoes. They are very good quality and staff is very friendly.

Payton and Michelle were awesome! They had my boots in stock, they got the tuff toe on my boots in just a few minutes and I was out the door in under half an hour! The boots fit great, look great, and will last a long time! If I could give a sixth star, I would!

I got a work voucher for redwing. Thought I'd use it. Work shoes lasted about 6 months. Got some timberlands instead. Year later, im just breaking them in.
