Came here to pickup a load and the lady at the front office had a very nasty tone for no reason.
Forklift driver was friendly and fast though to load the truck.
Avoid the front office if you can.

The company was established in 1880 and is BBB Accredited! Doug and the team are extremely responsive, excellent communication and professional. On the day of the move, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The movers understood I am very sentimental and took great care of my items. Highly recommend!!

I had a 4 man crew (can't remember their names) and 2 big trucks to load up my entire house and take it to storage. Those 4 guys were awesome! The worked great together, communicated with me and each other well, THEY. ARE. FAST! They were well manored and absolutely did their best to work with my 200 year old house with 0 damage to my house or stuff. The prices are super reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.

The owner is a complete jerk ! Threatening a customers furniture to be denied that came across country because the workers were to fast ! Had an agreement before hand and didn’t stick with it . Very un professional as a owner ! Was kicked off the property for asking questions… I would never recommend or use this place if you have more then a couple items !

Reasonably priced, showed up on time & ready to work. All the guys introduced themselves & shook my hand. They even added an extra day because I wouldn't let them work in the 100°F high humidity weather for fear one of them might suffer heat stroke. I would recommend them to my friends.

Overall, very pleased with my experience with Rollins Moving. Gentlemen showed up on time and got right to work. 3 guys moving mostly boxes and had it all out quickly. Delivery to the new address was smooth as they put things where we indicated. They moved nothing too fragile so i can't speak to their being careful though they were prepared with hand trucks and moving blankets. 1 of the workers spent the majority of the time griping about things being heavy or the time it was taking but the other two were great. Would use again and would recommend for the value they provide.

Rollins was very effecient and the movers themselves were polite and considerate. There was a point of confusion regarding # of trucks and people needed, but a quick phone call and they honored the prior discussion for the cost. They are extremely affordable compared to other companies and I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Rollins was very positive and I would recommend them with no reservations. My husband was a victim of covid and this move was emotionally difficult for me. Xavier, Kyle, and Bill were so very kind and very careful in moving my furniture. They worked quickly but were responsive to my requests. They were great. Thanks to you Doug, as well, for being flexible when I was uncertain about storing my furniture or having it taken to my condo which is being renovated. I felt well taken care of at a difficult time in my life.
