We came in to buy shoes. There are a lot of options with different styles of Hey Dudes but limited sizes. It is hard to tell which box is which style. My husband asked the lady if this shoe came in a different size than what was on display because we couldn't read the boxes further up to know if they had his size. With rudeness, he was told all we have is out there. Then she got all huffy when I said to him never mind we will do something else because she couldn't take the time to come help us and or go look it up on the computer and save us all some time. I guess her doing inventory was more important than selling shoes to a customer standing in the store ready to buy!
We will take our business elsewhere.
If you have bifocals and have a hard time reading at a distance, be prepared, and don't expect to get any help.

I would leave zero stars if possible. The white toothless lady up there is rude. Her customer service sucks. I work on my feet all day need a comfy pair of shoes. I bought some lugz. Well i wore them to work(inside) they put big sores on my legs so i wanted to exchange them for something that didn't put sores on me. The lady opened the box closed and said there is nothing i can do for you. I explained to her that they put sores on my legs she said well thats to bad. I simply said i wouldn't be shopping there anymore and was told i was very rude. Im not going to keep spending money and wasting it. Didnt want money back just a shoe i could enjoy

Good quality name brand shoes at decent prices saving you a trip to the mall in Columbus or dayton since springfield doesn't have a finish line or footlocker alot of large sizes and even wide sizes
