IF YOU ARE GOING TO LOCK THE COORS AT 9PM AND USE THE WINDOW THAN YOU NEED TO HAVE A WINDOW SET UP LIKE OTHER STORES THAT HAVE WINDOWS. THERE SHOULD BE A KEY PAD AT THE WINDOW FOR CUSTOMERS TO ENTER THEIR SPEEDWAY REWARDS.
On a side note, the staff also needs to ask about speedy rewards. I get that I should have said something but that’s where they should have said something especially since I have no way of entering my rewards. I was ripped off of $3+ because I wasn’t able to use my speedy rewards.
There is one worker than personally ask, and uses a card in the store. It’s one of the 3rd shift gentlemen that is very kind. But the female blonde that said “it’s common sense to say something”, and “it’s a little too late” when I tried to fix it after the fact is VERY RUDE.

One clerk was staring at his phone while the other kept talking about the upcoming $800 safe drop. Never acknowledged my presence. Didnt even look at me. Store was dirty as well. Trash in the parking lot etc.. I understand if they are slammed but this was not peak hours and I was the only customer in there. Just go ahead and move to self checkout.

This is the worst Speedway I’ve been to in all my year’s shopping at these establishments! The workers have no clue and management isn’t much better! I think it’s time for an overhaul of this place!

Speedway is my most favorite convenience store because I can literally find anything I could possibly need from a gas station, including delicious hot food made to serve 24/7 as well as a lottery ticket to try and win millions and much much more!!
