I had my reservations regarding SVG. We drove around the lot and seen a few we wanted to test drive. They were closed but a manager was still there and came out to see if he could help. He gave us his card. We were looking for my husband. Part if our tree fell on his car when we were on vacation. We went back the next night to test drive a suv. Brent took care of us. He was very accommodating, respectful and understood our terms. Had a couple of vehicles brought from another location. We went back a test drove those and decided to negotiate a deal. We did purchase a vehicle. My husband absolutely loves his 2022 Chevy Equinox!! Hes gad his car several weeks now and has had no problems and we will definitely go back when looking for our next vehicle. Brent was an absolute pleasure to deal with. If your looking for a vehicle, give them a shot.

I was highly dissatisfied with Aiden I had originally came in wanting to know what they would give me for my car and after talking to him and telling him he proceeded to pull other sales people into our conversation and have my credit pulled without asking me and so my credit score has dropped drastically cause he lied to my face and pulled my credit. I told them I got approved at two dealerships with a trade in and no cosigner and he did not like that as an answer.

The dealership & the team is incredible! I was stuck in a situation with a gmc from another dealership that I only had for a year and the motor fell out I still owed a lot on it but they were able to figure something out for me, offered a lot in trade in value for my gmc that no longer was running & get me into a brand new 2025 Toyota Corolla! Kiera, Johnny & Noah were a huge help !!

Sold me a car with an open recall. They didn’t seem to be too concerned about it. But the extra 6000 miles from the ad, I didn't notice until I signed, was never resolved. I had the recall preformed elsewhere. There has never been any follow-up at all.

I purchased a new vehicle from SVG Buick GMC in Springfield and the service was exceptional. Everyone was very nice and polite and helpful. I would highly recommend the dealership. When purchasing a vehicle in the future, I will definitely be going back.
