I love it. I switched from the Urbana Ohio YMCA to this one. I'm glad I made the switch. This YMCA accepts Silver Sneakers with my insurance company, which saves me money. The Urbana location does not. The director says the pool at the Urbana location is 83 degrees, but it is ALWAYS VERY cold (in all seasons), where as the Springfield pool truly is heated. The Urbana location does have a sauna which I liked. Springfield has a steam room, which I can't use due to health issues.

Ok debiting policy is Inconvients!!! Because chargen on 25 th when every body paid on 3 they need change they're policy right quick bcis they're. Chargein 25$ recurring fee. Can't pay early so they u go other that cool place chillget ur fat off

The parking lot could use some tlc...it makes the building look run down and out of business. Didn't go inside because they appeared to be closed.

I stopped to shower from a long RV trip. Usually is always great at any YMCA. Not this one. I literally had to try four different showers. None had any pressure (can't wash long hair with a drip) and I froze my a** off because there was no hot water. Very frustrating and disappointing.

We are here for a swim meet. The facility is nice and clean. The pool area is nice.

You can join but you can't use pool. They have all the swim meets there so no time to let members use pool ..

This Y location is a very friendly place. They have recently updated some of their exercise equipment as well which is nice. It does feel as though it could use some cosmetic work such as new ceiling tiles and some better lockers in the boys locker room and new bathroom stall doorsOverall it's very nice. It would also be nice if they open the sauna again. I'm not 100% sure if it's broken, or just turn off due to covid.Special shout-out to the staff who are always very friendly towards you and those amazing child watch workers!
