Called for a estimate,felt good about calling them as it's a established local company,made a appointment and 2 guys showed up,said I got a 15 ft door it would need to be ordered,told them what type door I wanted and they wrote me a estimate on letterhead ,I said great i will do that they said ok they will call when it's in,sometimes they want a deposit she will call if it's necessary,I said great,after waiting 2 weeks my wife called to get a update on the wait time,she said oh you didn't put a deposit on it ,it's been sitting on my desk,I told my wife ,we will call someone else,these clowns will have a second act..I normally don't do reviews but I had to share..

I've had several openers installed on our barn and just recently a new garage door on our house. When out to install the garage door, Mark noticed that there was some rot on the header above the garage door. Instead of just covering it up with the weather seal, Mark let us know about this and said he would come back to install the weather seal once we had it fixed. Honest and trustworthy service!

This is the most unprofessional company I've ever tried to work with. I've tried for over a year to get this company to come out and fix my back patio. Brent cannot give you a date or time that he's coming out to work but more like a week time frame and then he never shows. I can't tell you how many days I've wasted waiting for them to show up. When I call him he acts like he doesn't remember me or comes up with excuses.

Not the best ran business I've worked with. Good product but man customer service and scheduling needs alot of work. If you are a home owner you come last. They want you to set your whole day aside for the appointment. They can't say morning or afternoon then they will call and say they had a call off and guess what little home owner you don't matter your time dosent either. I will never do business with this company again and I don't recommend you do either.
