Kara was very friendly and patient while I took time to decide on what unit I wanted and took the time to explain everything and answer all questions I had. Would highly recommend speaking with Kara if you have questions on rentals.

I was looking for a storage unit but didn't know what size..I went to NSA storage and talked with the property manager Kara Powell..She was so helpful ..she took the time to show me the different sizes of units..we talked about how much they would hold..She was very knowledgeable..if she didn't know an answer, she got right on the phone and found out..I am glad I am renting from NSA ..I have already referred someone to them and they will be renting too..Thank you Kara for all your help..Sandra McCabe

Put the reviews in order with the newest one first. Out of 2.5 years the only bad reviews are entitled people who didn't get their way. Companies have policies for a reason ✌️
