Put the reviews in order with the newest one first. Out of 2.5 years the only bad reviews are entitled people who didn't get their way. Companies have policies for a reason ✌️

Rebecca is rude and very unprofessional. She makes Istorage look bad with her nasty attitude and mouth. After reading the reviews I see she is like this with many customers. They need to fire her and hire someone with good communication skills because she clearly lacks this. They’re going to lose many loyal tenants over a miserable shrew.

My experience at iStorage was exceptional, largely due to Rebecca's fantastic service. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to my needs. The facility was clean, secure, and convenient. I highly recommend iStorage, especially with employees like Rebecca who go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Terrible customer service! Came in to look at a unit prior to leasing it on line. The female working in the office told me there were three 10x20 units available, but only gave me one to look at. The driveways are very steep and my car is low, so after looking at the unit she sent me to I drove through to see if any of the other buildings had easier access. She took issue with this and asked me if I had a problem. I explained my concern about the access, she continued to be rude and impolite. I should have read the reviews prior to visiting, her behavior is well documented in the reviews.
