This Sunoco station has issues with double charging people..then blaming the customers card company .or something is declined on a card that gets charged anyway and again they tell you it is your problem and nothing is wrong with their equipment...and they don't always give you receipts either. I have filed a complaint with Sunoco Corporate...have contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Ohio Attorney General Office.....it is illegal for someone to double charge you or have a card declined and it still charges your card. This is called theft....and they can be very rude.
So sorry Toni left...he was wonderful. Be careful with your purchases and double check your banks if you do business here.
I have also seen that they allow customers to be smoking 🚬 a cigarette when pumping gas...so sad
Wow...so Sunoco Corporation Customer Service contacted me and said that they have no way to intervene or look at the Point of Sale system that this station has......most of their stations are privately owned..so who is to be held accountable? I was offered a gift card for my inconveniences....but how does Sunoco know whether their private owners are ripping people off? It's obvious they don't care as long as their making money. Another corporation cover up with excuses...but no accountability....
So I received a response telling me that double charges don't happen here...well I sent corporate my proof from my bank...so to the person who responded to me....check with corporate...they have the proof from my bank.

@jan_byerman there is not any double charges thing on gas station all the pumps were stuck you can even get a gas with card because all the system is down if you have any proof of double charging come on gas station and show your proof of double charges. I am 100% sure that our machine is not taking any double charges if it happens with you come here i pay you $5000 cash!! and my gas price is always lower that kroger gas price.
