The lady that answers the phones and sets up deliveries is awesome. Shes always very nice and extremely helpful! I have used this company twice and had a great experience both times.

Horribly unprofessional company! We made the mistake of using them for a roll off container on one of our projects. The driver was very disrespectful! We had a roofing project to complete and he wanted to drop the container at the end of the driveway because he was afraid of driving over a bridge. The guys attitude was ridiculous! Then they were scheduled to pick up the roll off container on 6/9 around noon. The driver calls the next morning around 10 a.m. and left a message saying "get out of bed, get out of bed we're heading over to pick up the roll off container." Then when asked why they didn't pick it up yesterday, the driver copped an attitude and began making excuses. Most likely he just got out of bed!
He could have at least been a man and took responsibility. When our company is scheduled to do something, we do it and that's the very lowest fundamentals of running a business. You have respect for paying Customers and time-frames. The woman who answers the phone at Taylor Roll off offered no apology when informed about this issue. It's like a bunch of spoiled children are attempting to run this business! Stay far away!
