Came in yesterday and bought 4 Americana chicks. That’s what the label said and 2 other employees said. One died so I came back this afternoon to get another one and let me tell you. The grey haired lady let me have it. She said they do not have Americanas. Never did. She was the one who put them in the troughs. Literally wanted to argue and make sure I knew she was right and I was wrong. I mean come on. Who does that. I told her I had the dead one in the car if she would like to see and she says no thank you. We have a homestead and we always have came here to get our animals feed and all accessories. Not anymore. Rural King it is. When you tell a customer they are lying basically when I knew and 2 other employees knew what I was buying I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere!!

Called 3 times asking about a free clinic they said they were having a free rabies event took off work wasted time gas and money they hadn’t even gotten out of their van 20 minutes after they were supposed to be set up and the shots weren’t free and they sure as heck wasn’t affordable like they have plastered everywhere 50$ for a single shot is ridiculous. Especially when it’s supposed to be free. TSC employees took my sister into the employee only sections after she asked a question about the clinic assuming she was the clinic staff when she asked if they we having the clinic today and just left her there and when we looked online the clinic has pricing they didn’t mention on the phone and didn’t match the in person pricing we were quoted and it’s a entirely different company online than the one that showed up at the actual store. TSC, PetVet, and VIP Pet Care are all scams

Came in today to buy some stuff for my dog and look around. After paying for the items I was handed my receipt and then Cashier Kaylee didn't bother to hand me my items off the counter nor did she bother to offer me a bag. Who wants to have to carry around a bunch of dog treats and toys, especially by time I get home and have other bags from the grocery store. This is a perfect example of why people are saying there's no such thing as customer service anymore. I know this girl from working somewhere else but can't put my finger on it if it was a speedway or a restaurant and it was the same kind of attitude. I get it it's a job but atleast take pride in yourself or get a job that doesn't require dealing with customers.

Just go to Rural king and save the money what’s this place even exist for anymore last year I had a tank expire I paid a extra 15 bucks or something to have the tank check ( good for 5 year) now a refusal to fill because clearly they didn’t mark the tank or something but regardless I’m sitting with no heat in my shop do to their negligence. Last time I’ll ever waist time at this mismanaged cluster or a store.

My first visit at this location(I've been a customer since the early 90s). My brand of dog food is currently under recall, unfortunately. I had the wonderful experience of meeting Jordan, who assisted me in finding a comparable product. He was fantastic, kind, and very helpful. The lady at the register was also a pleasure and we enjoyed a little giggle together too. I didn't catch her name, I do apologize.I would most definitely recommend this location. Great staff, a great store with excellent products!!♡♡♡

Pissed after the team working the closing shift on Friday night November 17th 2033 lied about being out of propane because they didn’t want to deal with it 10 mins before close. We called 2 hours earlier to confirm and said we would be there before 9pm and they confirmed they could help us. Then when we arrived, they said it’s almost closing time we said so what…. and then they said we’re actually out. I called this morning (next day) and the person who answered said they do have propane….Really messed up our plans and left us freezing cold last night without heat. Not cool.

I enjoy catching up with the horse tackles in the back when no one else does and love western tackles and the wide varieties or halters and I do in fact believe I bought a pair of bobbies or bombers for fishing here and caught these beauty's.

I went to Golden Corral and got major food poisoning but they had NO TOILET!!!! i didn’t know what to do so I went to tractor supply because they have a toilet and I was RUNNING I didn’t even get a chance to say hi back like they usually do, I relieved myself finally but it just kept going it didn’t stop I called for assistance and no one CAME NO ONE and I was also Out of toilet paper the employees came running once I was screaming one gave me there shirt which is the only reason this isn’t 0 stars!! Usually I like this place but not this week one employee called the police on me! Like I was doing something Illegal can you believe that!! DONT RECOMMENDED!
