I was able to buy and schedule it online was the only benefit.I had to go back and get my heat shields for the car after inspection, and also saw they used a single split lock washer to secure it to my car. It barely covered the opening for the hitch. I had to go to a third party to get it all fixed and spent another $200 in the process.
