About Ultimate Shine Car Wash
Ultimate Shine Car Wash is a well-known chain with over 30 locations across Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, and Ohio, offering a quick and effective car washing experience. The Springfield location, situated near North Bechtel and St Paris Pike, features an enclosed, climate-controlled facility that keeps vehicles clean and protected regardless of the weather. The car wash uses modern Neo Tex brushes and biodegradable detergents to gently clean dirt and road grime, resulting in a shiny, refreshed exterior. Additional services include an undercarriage rinse, Ceramix compounds, and buff & dry systems that help protect vehicles. Customers appreciate the convenience of free vacuums, microfiber towels, and window cleaner with each wash. The vacuums are undercover, providing comfort especially during cold weather, and staff are often helpful, offering services like hosing down mats and providing toys for children. Many reviewers highlight the professional and friendly customer service, with some deciding to purchase monthly passes based on their positive experiences. However, some frustrations have been noted, such as the facility being closed upon arrival or signs indicating restrictions on older cars, which customers should read beforehand to avoid misunderstandings. Overall, Ultimate Shine Car Wash is praised as one of the best in town for its quick service, quality cleaning, and helpful staff, making it a popular choice for vehicle owners seeking an efficient and reliable wash.

June 2026: We've had memberships on 3 vehicles at the Springfield location and it's been pretty good. The enclosed vacuuming area is a really nice perk.

The manager Cassie is amazing she takes the time to really listen to you and make sure that your problems are handled. Not once during our encounter did I feel like she didn’t want to listen or didn’t care like most people. She’s a genuine person we need more people like her in this world.

Less to be desired results. We had to do a lot of after cleaning with the damp towels provided. Did not get our vehicle clean even with the $12.00 wash. Should not have to pay more for cleaning the body of the vehicle. Water temp may not have been warm enough as well. Will go back to our prior car wash facility.
