The process of this new business park inside the former Upper Valley Mall is coming along very nicely with Rital, Evy Brown, and Square and Circle as new tenants and a lot more tenants will be coming to the park.

A lot of opportunities here at the site of the former Upper Valley Mall. The whole area just received a major renovation. Square & Circle Hygienes is now a part of the thriving business park. Springfield, Ohio is like a second home to me and this is really exciting for the city. This area has nearly 600,000 square feet and plenty of opportunity. The mall was here for 50 years as a staple here in Clark County. Eby-Brown was the first tenant to move to the business park.
