Don’t bank here, protect your money and go somewhere else. Had to call corporate to get my problem handled because they refused to talk to me anymore. I’ll be withdrawing my money and going somewhere else after 7 years banking here

Had appointment that store wouldn't honor because manager was busy on phone and their was only one other teller. Not sure why they even allowed appointment times if they couldn't keep them.

I was waiting on phone line over 13 minutes.I tried calling again Mandy picked up phone she said they are two people at ATM . And ask me to hold . They could say we will call u back.

I opened my account at this branch. From day one, the staff have been helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Last week while I was out of town, I decided to make a big change to my account. Ever since then, this decision has been nothing short of a massive headache. After several phone calls, attempts to come up with a plan to fix the issue, and hours of contemplation of what I did in life to deserve such karma, I decide to turn to my local branch to see if they can resolve the issue. I call them and alas! They can help! Now, from this point on I will speak of Morgan, the teller/superhero that helped me. This is not to say that the rest of the staff isn't as wonderful and helpful/super as Morgan is, she was just the beautiful soul that answered my call, and carried me through my personal hell to the light on the other side...

Tellers will do computer work, talk on the phone or pretend you are not there. Anything to keep from waiting on you. I live in Springfield and have almost every account you can have with US Bank and I do all my banking in Fairborn. Much better attitudes there. I don't know how they get anything done there.

Ever time I visit my US Bank, the ladies are ALWAYS so very helpful and pleasant. They always have a Big Smile. I am so very happy we switched to US Bank. Happy Banker :)

This place sucks. They lie and sterotype someone because they couldnt verify a check. I cash checks on a daily basis. Flat out lied and said their wasnt enough funds in my customers account because they "thought" i wrote the check myself? Who does that? So i hadbyo embarrass my customer by saying he didnt have enough money in his account. When he called to see what the problem is they "explained" they tole me that because they "thought" he didn't write the check. Absolutely ridiculous, not recommended to anyone to go there
