“I absolutely recommend this place and feel extremely safe taking my pets here.
All of their staff is very well educated, trained for various situations, and they will actually spend some time to talk to you.
My literal only complaint is that it is going to be awkward coming in with a large carrier, but other than that, I have no problems!
I've came in with concerns about my cat having excessive grooming and nipping at her hind end on my first visit. Saw a vet quickly, they did a thorough examination, gave the cat shots, gave me a plan of action, what to keep an eye on, and a plan for future care. In a separate visit I came in with concerns about excessive sneezing and some respiratory concerns for my cat. Again, I was serviced quickly, they did a thorough examination, plan of action, informed me, and a plan for future care.
All of this while being comparatively affordable to other vets around, all things considering.”

“VCA animal hospital in Springfield.... I cannot say enough. We called for an emergency appointment and they said they could get us in at 3:40pm. I explained we wouldn't be there until after 4pm. They not only took us but we didn't have a wait. Even after an unexpected allergic reaction they ensured there were no insane extra charges. After the weekend we had with our fur babies.... they gave us peace of mind. So much that I'm switching our pets to them for primary care.
