Visited and applied for this place recently, hoping to get in soon. The place looks beautiful on the outside and as I was filing out my application, my kids and I met some of the tenants and they were really nice. I pray I can get in soon.
My kids and I are facing homelessness and I understand how wait lists work but I can't get ahold of literally anyone else in this town (no other apartment complex) will answer their phones or return calls. But Villa Park Does, so I'm hoping to make this place mine and my babies home soon. I'd love it and so would my girls.

Senior living is good but if you're in the family section across the street, it's terrible. Management is hardly here. Domestic violence is a problem here but management turns a blind eye to it as if nothing happened even though there's complaints, police reports, and they know there's people who live here that have been through it and don't want to deal with it anymore. Pretty much management just acts like there's no handbook or rules here and just lets people do whatever. So if you're looking for a family place, it's not here. It's gone downhill in the five years I've been here.

I'm paralysed and was told my apartment was handicaped,accessable with walk in shower, handrails,etc.ive tryed to work with them and even called hud housing,to no evail,no changes.ive been here for over a year and a half now.faithfully paying my rent and being a good tenent.but they are increasing my apartment rent and have repeatedly theatened eviction even though I have done nothing wrong.this building is owned by gorsech construction company out of Lancaster Ohio.yes like supreme court justice gorsch.the feds need to investigate this place for discrimination, racist remarks from residents, calling me gay,I'm not but so what if I was,none of their business.and not doing nesesary repairs on the building.ive filled out all of the nesesary repair forms and nothing has been done.maybe it's just retribution from management here that likes to harrass me.they had theatened eviction in the first three weeks of me living in here.it is simply retribution because they don't want to make my apartment handicap accessible.what ever happened to disability rights, and descrimination.disabled in this place are takin advantage of.i even pay $500.00 a year more for my "disabled"apartment.the guy above my apartment is not handicaped but has a walk in shower,I haven't been able to take a shower in over two years now, very inbarrassing,no handrails,etc.that I've been trying to get now for years and was promised when I had moved out of the nursing home to here.i love my neighbor above my apartment but being a paraplegic should have taken precidence.i love my apartment but not all the disrespectful riffraff.they treat the residents like children,not with respect and dignity.god bless brother Freddy ?? thank you I haven't been able to take a shower in over two years because of the "injustice"may god "avenge"for me.

Been here for 3 years, nice, clean, taken care of place, nice tenants and managers/ workers. Apts do need up-dated. Bathroom not really set up for handicapped, should have walking shower, not tub cut out. Convenient to shopping center, fast foods. Pretty landscape, good pet owners here.

A very high qauity; well maneged n kept up in every way.very nice apartments.seiners can get care they need. All kinds of activetys. Well kept grounds and a beautiful court yard. Our main tents men work hard. Peaple are wonderful. We look out for one another. We have 100 a partments. We also have the best cordenater.
