Due to Rite Aid closing my family had to switch to Walgreens pharmacy and I am not pleased with their services. They are super slow and not professional at all. I was having issues with receiving me and my son’s medication. They told me that I probably entered my son’s bday wrong, they even had the pharmacist tell me the same thing so I paid for our prescriptions. The level of attitude that the pharmacist had when I was told by my insurance to go bk into the store to get my refund was very childish. He rolled his eye’s and did a heavy sigh. He said I can give you a refund but it’s still not going to go through to your insurance. I then called my insurance back and told her what was said. She got a code from Walgreens and tapped into their system to see what the issue was and go figure, WALGREENS, entered the wrong member ID number. They put in more numbers than required! No apologies were given to me for the inconvenience that was caused and frankly if I didn’t take the time to call my insurance myself then they would’ve kept telling me that my prescriptions wouldn’t go through.What happened to the customer being right? What happened to customer satisfaction? I swear people just show up to work, they don’t want to take the time to do the job that is paying them to do!

They are so slow and I'm unhappy about it...
Maybe they should of not took whitacres out.we would have more busyness.i went to my doctor's at 2:30 pm and just now getting my medication at 6:55 pm and only 5 pills after I been out 3 days.... What's going on...
I'm so unhappy about Walgreens..I wish whitacres was here.im supposed to have 90 pills and waited 15 min for just 5 pills.whers the 85 at...makes no since at all.. I want whitacres back....Walgreens is starting to suck big time..

Why does the drive thru take 15 minutes for one car to move?are people told there that order isn't ready so they just let them stay there instead of politely asking them to pull ahead so others could go thru.

My son called in his prescriptions today and afterwards called to make sure they went through because he had an issue with putting in an order for on.. the pharmacy technician that answered confirmed them and put the one in that he was having an issue with and said they would be ready in 30 minutes. A whole hour later he ask me to go get them, mind you I went an hour later to get them sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes finally get to the window I give her his information and she tells me she doesn’t have anything for him. I told her that he called them in and then called and confirmed it with a pharmacy technician that they would be ready in 30 minutes that was an hour and 30 minutes ago. She stated he couldn’t have called because she’s the only technician there and she do not remember the call. So I called my son and asked him do he remember who he talked to. It’s quite funny my son remembered your name so how you don’t remember the call. This store needs some organization and needs to do better please this is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this at this location. I’m not pulling my sons prescriptions from this pharmacy because it’s just a mess

Placed an order for pickup via the app. Was told that the order would be ready within 30 minutes. Called the store after no response for nearly 2hrs and was told “I have a line full of customer so your online order isn’t priority”. I felt offended as I was to a customer. Reported the store to cooperate. Completely unacceptable.

Pharmacy is a wreck. Never opened for posted hours. Show up to pick up Rx and they don’t have them.
