Three different incidences. 1. I called to ask about the price of a certain medication. The woman told me it would cost $73.00. The medication only costs $5.00. 2. A girl told me if I applied for a credit card that I would receive $25 toward my purchase. Which would make it free that day. I never received any $25 off or got my purchase free. I feel like she just wanted my personal information. I don't need a credit card at Walgreens. 3. New Years Day I go to pick up some meds thinking it was the 2nd day of January. The cashier was very rude with me. She wouldn't answer any of my questions. She was telling me about other stores being open 24 hours today. I can't change where my medicines go. A doctor has to do that after requesting. I repeated my question and she never answered. A man walks in so I ask him was today the 1rst or 2nd and she interupts and starts talking to him. She continues to interupt me and that guy's conversation.

I had an issue with my medicine and was feeling very apprehensive about how I was going to deal with it. I called the pharmacy and voiced my concerns, the pharmacist listened and did literally everything in his power to help me. He went above and beyond. My issue is solved I never had to fret over a thing thanks to the team in this store. 5 stars I truly appreciate your help and service the attention that was paid to my needs was beyond anything I've experienced in any other pharmacy. Thank you.

Extremely poor customer service. Pharmacy employees show no sense of urgency in helping customers. They are very lackadaisical and quite unorganized not even knowing when prescriptions will be filled. " You can certainly do better when it comes to a pharmacy, but certainly Not Here, take your business elsewhere and avoid insult and frustration. If I could give ZERO stars, I certainly would for this store. Good shopping,, Elsewhere.

I've been coming here 4 years getting the same prescription. Few months ago it was they didn't have the full prescription and today I went and they wouldn't have any for 2 days. I mean it's only someone's livelihood no biggy righy

We used a card at Walgreens they charged our card but said it never went thru but it showed Walgreens was paid in the amt of 105.87 and they wouldn’t make it right
