Walmart/Bechtle Ave has a problem with their "automated" medication refill via phone. Every time I called I pressed the appropriate "number" in the system to refill a prescription like a million times before, only to be given to the "pharmacy staff", who are already trying to manage feral cats in a dog pound.Thankfully the hardworking staff answered promptly only to tell me that "yeah the phone system has been broken for awhile now". Hey Walmart....you're a multi BILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRY closer to the TRILLION MARK. Do what you want with your "retail products" on the floor BUT FIX THE ISSUES THAT LITERALLY MEAN "LIFE AND DEATH" TO HARD WORKING AMERICANS and their FORMER HARDWORKING COUNTERPARTS who deserve much better as elderly citizens who WORKED HARD YEARS AGO.That said I'm sure we might see some "counter positive" reviews. So be it....the statement above concerning my "multiple experiences" within the last month ARE TRUE. This is one of only two reviews that I have given and therefore I don't engage in numerous BS within my reviews.

They are very uncooperative and rude!!!!! Especially on the night shift!!!!!!!!! I can not believe some of these people have jobs working with the public because they sure don't seem to like people!! I'm just so very disappointed!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Waited for almost an hour for my Dad's prescription only to be told they didn't have it in stock. They had already marked on it making it difficult for any other pharmacy to process it. They dismissed me saying 'If they have any issues with processing this script have them call us.'. That would be acceptable if Walmart answered the phone which they did not.

Requiring sick patients to come in store to get meds. Would not even send through drive thru with patient in car. Very unsafe practice. Would reconsider this with the current situation. You are putting all of us at risk.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place has HORRIBLE, HORRIFIC, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have used this location to fill my prescription for years and for some reason every single month they tell me they can not find me in there system. I am also set up for automatic refills and calls. I do not received my reminder calls and my prescription is NEVER READY. There is especially one woman that is very rude and needs to take her a** back to bed. This place needs to get it together!

Worst customer service! My dad was out of his medicine and they refused to fill his prescriptions because it was 26 minutes before they closed. I used to be a pharmacy tech and it doesn't take that long to fill two prescriptions.

My God where to start. Mine and my finances first pregnancy would never fill her prescriptions like they were supposed to so we had to for the next 7 months carefully plan when to check her blood sugar. ( it does not get better btw) now somehow month after month they never have her diabetic test strips in full so now they messed up how insuarnace is covering her test strips. So now we got to be even more careful. So we let them know we are going to switch pharmacies here is the response from an actual worker. "We don't care. One person leaving isn't going to make us go out of business" never again will I ever step foot in that store.

Very poor customer service when you get a monthly script filled for over a year and then have to wait cause some stupid person didn't order the medication then told you had to wait cause it isn't transferable to another Walmart pharmacy. Also was lied to by Kate who said my medication was on the truck called back 4 hours later to be told I had to wait 2-3 days. WalMart has lost my business do to this.
