My niece bought a Walmart phone from Beactle Ave. A guy named Joseph set up her phone and put a random pin, email and name when setting up her phone. She went out and bought time for her phone and when she went to add it, her phone wouldn't work. Talking to a representative said that her phone had a restriction on it and they needed the pin to be able to fix the problem. We went to Walmart and was treated like trash and they refused to let us talk to a member of management.
DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS WALMART IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO WHEN IT COMES TO PHONES.

Every time I order pickup half the stuff I order you guys don’t have in stock and the substitution options aren’t helpful. And opening my trunk when I get home and notice the package of pineapple I got was crushed open and now there’s sticky pineapple juice as well as the fruit itself all over the carpeted trunk of my car. Thanks.

The store was a mess, I couldn't get my cart through the isles because they had boxes and pallets everywhere. I had to leave my cart and weave my way and then most of the stuff I needed was blocked. I ended up leaving because I ask for help and no one would.

Absolutely hate this place, they all act like corrupt fake cops and they are always (literally) on your cart and they're NOT afraid to be face 2 face with you which is really rude btw. They're a corrupt business who've got over priced products.

Do not trust buying anything at Walmart in Springfield . I bought an air rifle for my grandson . Didn't even get to shoot it once . The cocking handle didn't work . I took it back to the same place I bought it . SPRINGFIELD WALMART . They wouldn't honor their own sale . Even though they sold a defective piece . They weren't responsible . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WALMART IN SPRINGFIELD OHIO . THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND FALL BACK ON , ITS COMPANY POLICY !!!

Store is ok to shop at, but to use any of their extra services or make an appointment with their vision care center is impossible. This location does not answer the phone at all.
