“Always my go to for rental cars! Check in process is always quick and easy. The vehicle I request is always available if not they make ways to accommodate. The staff at the Steubenville location are always nice , cheerful and welcoming! They actually like their job! Several times I’ve gone in and it’s so many people waiting on cars and it’s only one person(younger gentleman) handling multiple customers by himself! He does it with patience, class and grace! Destiny is another employee who is always great. Round of applause for Enterprise Steubenville!”

“This location is amazing. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful especially Ashley. She was a lifesaver. I’ve had a family vacation plan for a long time and originally had a rental through Enterprise.. I’m a traveling utility contractor and I live on the road year-round. My company pays for everything so the only bill I have in my name is my cell phone and enterprise wanted two different bills in my name originally when I made the reservation the manager I spoke with was gonna make an exception for me, but made no notes in my reservation so when I showed up the day of the manager wasn’t there and they wouldn’t help me ended up canceling my reservation. I wasn’t sure how I was gonna get down to Florida and I already had a condo paid for thankfully the friendly staff at this location or able to help get me into a rental that day 10 minutes before closing and I was able to get on the road for my family vacation. Thanks for all the help you guys are great.”

“I had the day from hell. My husband and I called all over for a rental car. Everyone was sold out. I even booked a rental car at the airport but unfortunately I didn't have a credit card and even though I already paid online, I was denied the rental.Our truck's transmission went out a day prior, we spent two hours in a stranger's driveway waiting for a tow truck.Four lyfts later, at the end of my rope, and ready to break down I found this rental car place.I had to travel to Ohio from PA to find a rental car. Ever have a day where it's so bad you start laughing? I did that.When I calle, the woman on the phone was really sweet and I asked if she had any cars available and I was unbelievably relieved when she said yes and didn't require a credit card. Just a debit card connected to a bank account.Finally, our awful day was turning around. We called another lyft and made our way over.Got there and it was the highlight of the day. It went smoothly and everyone was super nice. Had a higher deposit for a debit card but I didn't care, we finally had a car!The car is beautiful. A kia. And we were only an hour from home. If I ever need another rental, this is the place I will absolutely go to. Thank you!! I still have the car and had to extend and they used my deposit. How awesome is that!?This place is awesome!!”
