So I didn't know you have to have a card to shop here. With so many signs on doors everywhere these days I didn't look. Not saying they even have one. But the sales guy asked me what he could help me find. I said twice I had NEVER BEEN IN THERE. Also that I didn't know where anything was. So pretty clear I was not a card carrying member. So I shop and go to check out. And the same clerk asks me for my card! Which I do NOT HAVE ?. Besides that they had low inventory and selection.

My hairdresser swears by Cosmo proof . Years ago when it was Barnum I absolutely loved it . The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable!

Even though I totally understand the fact that you cannot go into this store to make a purchase without a license, not being allowed to even STAND IN the store to ask a simple question is quite frankly just stupid. The salesperson working was very professional and nice, the policy is ridiculous part!!
