Had a horrible experience today when I went to pick up my medication. I typically get off of work at 5:30pm and live about 35 minutes from this location where I pickup my prescription. I left work a little early today so that I could be here on time. I get to the pharmacy and am in the drive thru behind another car three minutes before closing. He’s waiting for his prescription to be given to him for a couple minutes and then once they give him his prescription he pulls off and I pull up to the window. This took less than 5 seconds for me to pull up and they had already closed and locked the window. Somewhat frustrated I just pull to the front and figure they must not have saw me, so I will run in really quick and hopefully can catch them before they leave. Again from the time the gentleman in front of me got his medication to the time I am in the store is less than a minute. As I walk in they are coming down the aisle to leave for the day. I ask if they are closing and they say “yes, 6 on the dot.” I told them I had been in line since 5:57, and one lady just says we open up at 8, you can see us then. I reiterated that I was already there before they closed, and another lady says “the clock said 6:48.” Which this doesn’t even make any since, because 6:48 would be almost an hour later lol. So she clearly didn’t understand what was going on, or just got her time wrong. I work everyday from 7-5:30 and my work is 30 minutes from this location, so it isn’t very easy for me to make it here within those hours. I am a manager at a store that is customer service focused, and if you deal front facing with customers you should take ownership when you mess up and make it right with them. This entire transaction would have lasted less then 1 minute, but instead puts me in a spot, where I have to try and get off work again early another day just to go get my medication. Please do better by your customers!!!

Clerks were awesome helped me in every way! But very warm inside. I got there towards the end and hardly no items to get! But thank you to Rebecca, she did an amazing job

I would give zero stars if I could. Multiple times my son's meds have been called in and when I go to get them they mysteriously were never submitted by the doctor. They were. They obviously think it's ok to mess with people's prescriptions. Especially people's kids. The pharmacy manager is condescending and rude. I don't how she has a job still. Not that anyone from CVS will read this.

I am happy with the Steubenville pharmacy. I have always received good service there. I like their auto refills and getting a text message when my prescription is ready.

Extremely rude!!!! Very unprofessional!!! Told me twice my medication was in and here it’s not! They act like people going without there medication is no big deal!! Unfortunately I have no choice but to go with cvs! There one employee should not even be employed still there !!! So rude to people and I’m not the only one!! I’ve heard from my 82 yr old friend how mean she even got with her! But obviously they don’t care how they treat there customers!

Terrible pharmacy they cut the hours of operation with no warning close completely when they feel like it. I can count on two hands not two fingers on rude unprofessional service given in the drive thru . The manager is as nice as he can be. There is n o excuse that can justify employees rudeness. I’m disabled it’s hard enough getting to the pharmacy on supposedly hours of operation but to finally get there but to find out they are closed because the Pharmacist called off??? Makes mo sense!! People need their medications! Time to contact the BBB. I’ve had enough.

It's Saturday at noon. My baby is sick and needs antibiotics and they do not have a pharmacist. Her doctors are now closed, so she has to wait until Monday to get her antibiotics do to this irresponsible location.

I am speaking for the front store only as I need to get my prescriptions elsewhere. The front store is beyond excellent in all areas. The store is kept neat and is well stocked. As for the staff, the manager is very friendly and helpful. As are the sales associate in helping me find items and cheerful when ringing me up! I would recommend this CVS to anyone!!!

The CVS front cash register and floor staff are super friendly here and very helpful! The Pharmacy Staff have had a lot of turn over recently - but those pharmacy staff that are there now (Oct. 2022) are really trying to do a good job. This is a challenging field to work in now, that is for sure. Hope new pharmacy staff hires will stay and things will calm down soon for all of us.

Never had issues with the pharmacy. Beware pharmacy now closes at 6pm google hours are not updated.
