I called about getting my dog seen because she hurt her leg and is limping bad. The lady who said she was the manager was rude and hateful on the phone and could not have cared less about my situation. She said in a rude manner do you have a vet? I said yes but I'm calling about your services and she said you should just take her there and hung up. I then called back and asked for her manager, and she said she was the manager, so I asked for her boss. Dr. David Brown got on the phone was started off being nice and we talked about my situation and then it went south rather quickly, he said he only takes care of his own and since I never been there then he wouldn't see me. He said he did not care about my situation, and he only cares about the people he sees right now. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. If I could leave zero stars I would! This Dr Brown should be stripped of his practice and handled accordingly for his rude and hateful attitude.

I wouldnt take my pets anywhere else. Friendly staff amazing Vet. Getting in is never an issue like many others around the area.

Just took our cats, they received the care but workers and doctor was EXTREMELY rude. Judgmental and unkind. Go ANYWHERE else, this place might be cheap but it shows in the work! They were clearly exchanging looks ab anything we said and disregarding any information we had ab OUR cats, you could tell they do not value relationships with their clients! We were as polite as we could’ve been, and were only met with some of the worst service we’ve ever had, we will not be returning. I recommend the vet in hopedale instead.

Dr Brown was so good w my little dog. He was quick but attentive and answered my questions. He checked him for things I didn't even think of like limes disease and heart worms. He offered vaccines, for my appointment made for the booster and gave me the flea and tick and worm preventative treat to give to him after we saw how he would react to the vaccines. I was impressed. Seems like a very good vet. Very knowledgeable and kind. Larry seemed to like him too.
