Drosselmeyer's Nutcracker Shoppe is a unique, magical shop in the downtown area of Steubenville, Ohio. It is a giant, wondrous place filled with many gorgeous items, including numerous nutcrackers of different sizes, designs, and colors. The shop also features clothing, ornaments, local and international treasures, and other Christmas fun. It is attached to a popcorn, candy, and ice cream shop reminiscent of Willy Wonka's and includes a two-story coffee shop with many antiques. An upstairs area hosts old-fashioned board game tables. The shop inspires extreme awe and wonder, making visitors feel like a kid in a candy store, not just during the holidays but year-round. The prices are amazing, and there are lots of ornaments, including replicas of Steubenville's life-size nutcrackers. It is a place where you can spend hours gazing and admiring. A visit is worth a trip alone to Steubenville, and it is highly suggested as a first stop in the town.
So many nutcrackers to pick from. It's an inviting atmosphere. Everyone should be able to find something no matter their budget or interests!

A huge assortment of nutcrackers and seasonal decor can be found here. The section in the back where you can sit to write letters to Santa is a charming addition. To our surprise, Santa even takes time from his busy schedule to respond back.

What’s not to love about a local shop with all things nutcracker? If you want it, they probably have it. Loved this place.
