I specifically asked them if they could supply my specific needs before I signed up. I asked twice. They said yes. I then repeated what I needed when I met them in person to sign up. Well, guess what. I waited for a call, they never called back, had to keep calling them. Finally they said they could not do it. So I wasted all this time, and now they want to charge me for an account I can’t use. Walk cautiously when dealing with them.

I would never ever dream of attempting to do a business loan with this unprofessional bunch ever again. Melanie Wilharm and her supervisor of full of attitude and are very unprofessional. I’m left aghast at the way the supervisor just spoke to me. I’m not sure how he could have thought it was OK. I’m here to say it was NOT.They can’t seem to listen and hear clearly and make a lot of errors and bait you with low interests rates they later tell you aren’t available for the type of loan you request-even when you told them repeatedly exactly what you were seeking. What an absolute waste of my time. Put your efforts somewhere else if you know what’s good for you.

They will charge you dormant account fees of $10 dollars per month without informing you of this policy. The previous manager set up my account personally and informed me to keep money with FNB to establish a relationship for future loans. They ended up taking hundreds of dollars from me for just for having a savings account there. 0/10.
