Fort Steuben Mall is never crowded, with most businesses closed and not many places to shop. The place has come and gone over the years, with stores and attractions departing. The floor is warped and the parking lot is a mess, making it seem like it needs to be torn down or rebuilt. However, it is a nice place to walk around inside for exercise, especially when it's cold outside. Some recent improvements have been noticed. Occasional events, like a free movie night held by a kiosk, are generous and friendly.
So sad, nothing there and parking lot needs repaired.

Went to free movie night , held by Mars RareGames kiosk, they were so generous, friendly,& willing to discuss all the games & movies they sell at the kiosk in mall

Very dead place. The majority of people there were just walking. Hardly any stores even left there.
