The managers there have been very helpful in resolving issues for me and I got a nice surprise when checking out at the register, when the cashier offered me a 25% off coupon for Father's day weekend customers, which saved me nearly $150 off my purchase. Thanks guys, great job with customer service and support!

BEST Harbor Freight in the area. This location beats out St. Clairsville and Highlands location. Absolute best customer service. Associates are the most accommodating and helpful. Store manager goes above and beyond at this location compared to the others.
