The Steubenville, OH location offers a wide range of national brands such as Adidas and Levi's, along with private brands like Liz Claiborne, Worthington, St John's Bay, Arizona Jeans, Okie Dokie, and more. While the store has a wide variety of clothes at moderate prices, the shoe selection is limited, and the service could be improved. The Salon also needs a deep clean, but the stylists are talented and friendly.

Not a very well stocked store. Only one or two cashiers are available. The customer service desk is never staffed. If you have a catalog order, you have to stand in line a cashier.

Moving here from the city where all the JCP are closed, I love this store.
