This place is just an embarrassment of an establishment. I took my girlfriend on a little trip, we are from out of state and I wanted to do something nice for her so we ended up at fort Steuben mall and while shopping I noticed the nail salon and decided to treat her and I to pedicure and her a medicure. The male that did my girlfriends nails rushed through them, a few nails we not as long as other nails, paint all over, he cut her cuticles, some were fatter then others it was just an absolute horrible job so I had approached the female and discussed the bad job and she offered to fix them but once the guy had found out she didn't like them he started acting a certain way and demanded I pay now and when I handed him my card he slammed it into the machine and not only cracked but broke the chip in the card, initially it was supposed to be 143 dollars the gentleman told me in the beginning but somehow I was charged 170, at that point my girlfriend was irritated and just so upset about the experience she wanted what she had done removed and her money back. The women became furious and started treating her poorly and said she would give us 30 back but since my card was broke she said she couldn't and she didn't have cash, now the chip was broke not the actual card that you could swipe and my girlfriend had said well you can swipe the card and the lady snapped and said I been doing this for 25 years don't tell me how to do my job, like all of this because my girlfriend was visibly upset with the service and outcome of the job he did? He was coughing all over her, barely tended to her feet and after he made me pay he rushed out. He made me pay because he knew the job was done poorly. This is a disgusting act. Mind you we arrived at 4:24 and didn't get out of their until 7:34. We paid 170 to leave with no nails done and two poor pedicures and a broken card. I highly do not recommend and will NEVER come here again. DO BETTER!!!

Mediocre at best. Sloppy. The guy doing my nails had a constant sniffle, coughed without covering his mouth. He was rough Wyeth the drill and file. Cut my cuticle on 2 occasions. Do better.

This place is absolutely horrible!! I came here with my boyfriend I got my nails done and feet done. My nails were so bad paint all over the nails were crooked and nails were not the same length as the other hand. I got my nails done by the man and when I got a good look at them I told the lady that I didn’t like them and I wanted them all redone. So she said ok I will fix them for you so I said okay she started to fix them but I told her I wanted all of them off and redone because they were so fat looking she gave me a hard time she said it will take a whole hour so at that point I was just super mad I just wanted them off and wanted to leave the guy tells my boyfriend to pay now it was 170 for both of our feet and my nails that I don’t even have! The guy was so mad that I didn’t like my nails when he was cashing my boyfriend out he broke the chip on the card by shoving it in the reader. So at that point I told the lady I wanted my money back since she was not gonna redo my nails she said I will only get $30 back because it cost 20 dollars to remove like how is it my fault my nails look like this? So I just said okay give me the $30 back and she said she couldn’t because the chip was broken but after he broke it we put the nail glue on the chip and she said it wouldn’t work so I said okay slide the card she said don’t tell me how to do my job I’ve been doing this for 25 years!!! Like you’re mad at me because my nails look like shit? I am absolutely so mad and upset about this and I even told the lady that he broke the card she said no he said it was already broken… this is a brand new card! I will never come here again she couldn’t even give me a refund said she had no cash! And she couldn’t even put it on a different credit card! So I paid $50 for no nails! And I also got a 5 minute pedicure literally 5 minutes! I give this place a zero if I could! They also hurt me that my nails were bleeding! This looks like a 5 year old job seriously! Do better

I was charged 2 times for just getting my toes painted and lady was rude my son was looking at the fish in the fish tank and was told to watch my kid .. then my friend was told to keep her feet down bc she’d get there chairs dirty and dusty, will not be back worst place ever!!!!! I’d give 0 stars if I could!!!!!

My sons girlfriends nails cost 83.00 for short round full set with a single white airbrushed stencil on each hand and a coat of clear gelIt took 1 1/2 hours.2 days later I went to a different salon and in 1 hour had a full set on my toes and full set LONG WITH HAND PAINTED MULTI-COLORED DESIGNS ON EVERY FINGER AND TOE for $90.00( 7 bucks more for and entire extra fill set and better skilled designs in half the time) and this is what the average cost for nail salons currently is, not this places ridiculously overpriced and time consuming service charges.I
