I tried to get electrical things, I asked for help, they sent a girl. And giggled and said I don't know nothing about this, other than cut wire. I left my buggy,, and left....I called store, several times, both managers I spoke with, gave me the wrong number for corporate, and offered me no solution. I would not let them watch my dog. DOUG DOUG DOUG.....was 1 manager, the other was GREG GREG.GREG... he was rude gave me the wrong number too. And asked me not to call back. I finally got the number
Called they took good care of me, said they were shocked that they had something like GREG GREG GREG....working. there. I went to M AND M....got all I needed in less. Time than it took me to call. I own a business. Neither would I hire to wash cars, let alone deal with public...thank you for nothing, Greg, And doug. My opinion, you missed your calling, get mop. Hit the bathroom.

Easy access. Easy to find help with locked up tools and the guy didn't act like I was bothering him or keeping him from "putting away returns".
Prices exactly what I expected on one item and cheaper on the other.

Arrived at Lowe’s in Steubenville, my wife is handicapped and need one of their electric scooters. Three of them was sitting in the parking lot dead the one she used didn’t last but 10 minutes. Had to push her back to the front of the store I came there looking for tree The lumber area is a mess. Nothing is marked asked cashier at pro desk how much the 12 foot trex was he called for somebody? Nobody nobody ever showed he told me the pull tag off the end of one of the boards and he would tell me how much this store is so mismanaged it’s a shame I will not return. I will travel to Menards or Robinson.

The cashiers are super super slow. The loaders are not helpful what so ever. They hide from you.

Waited 10 minutes for a staff member to help me copy a key. Nobody ever came. One of the staff walked right past me while I was waiting while the intercom stated someone needed help.

Ordered a rather large and expensive item.
They canceled it 3 days later.

Wherever you are, if there's a Lowes you will find what you need for repairs.
My Lowes is in Gaithersburg, MD. Went to the one in Steubenville, OH and for what I needed.
Good help always somewhere in the store.

This place is terrible. Don’t ever go here. They don’t care about you.. they don’t do anything for the employees. They will fire you over a email place is a joke
