“Customer service stepped in when they didn’t have to, another company under the Lincare umbrella (Health Care Solutions), dropped the ball more times than I can imagine. I left a very negative review on this company’s website because I didn’t know there were different entities that did the same thing. Lincare Stuebenville stepped up and took care of me. I’m very pleased. Health care solutions is still the worst company of any type of company I’ve ever had the displeasure to deal with.”
