Went down with my wife and her her parents the guy is a no bulshit kind of guy he tells you if there is something wrong with the vehicle or if he doesn't know because he didn't get to look at it he got us in a car the same day he also make sure you get financing if need be and truly cares about his people Mike was the guy that we dealt with we are missing a key fob on her car and he said that he will have one made and it will be fixed so that we can use our key fobs by Thursday he is a wonderful person to deal with we absolutely love our car

My daughter bought a car from them and had troubles with it from the first few hours of getting car!!!
Now, my daughter called them and they said never to call them again!
She also found out that when they sent the car to another shop, That shop said they refused to work on her car!! Tired of working on their cars!!!
Now my she took to a Gm dealer and boom fixed!!!
and they messed up west virginia tags and title stuff.

We never thought purchasing a vehicle would be so easy! Our salesperson Erica, was extremely friendly and understanding. She even stayed late (though we arrived just before closing time) to make sure we ended up with our new car!! We initially stopped by just to see IF we could upgrade to a bigger vehicle, completely expecting to be turned down. We will for sure be going back if ever we are in need of another vehicle!! It’s the cleanest best running suv we have ever owned!!! Thank you Ohio Motor Group 3! We would recommend to everyone!!
