I was having trouble pay off my equity line, I called Michelle and she helped me with the info to get that done. When I walked into the branch the paperwork was ready for Beth to have me sign and pay off completely. Thank you Michelle.

I hate this bank trying to find another one so let me tell everybody my problems I have an account there of course my old boss had an account there also he would write my checks on friday and I would go to the same bank pnc they would cash it same day sometimes and sometimes hold it for 2 days not counting weekends and everything would be the same same amount on the check and same amount in account for the most part now they are doing the same thing to me with the Express check cashing funds that on there own web site says one thing but they most not read there own web site or know the laws and acts that govern this I would highly recommend everybody go somewhere else to do your banking and most tellers don't know nothing snobby and are not to helpful
