Smitty and his team did a fantastic job with our floors. Tyler who led the installation crew was a true pro who did everything he could to not just get it in correctly and be done, but to take extra steps like matching wood grain and blending with other floors and trim. Huge upgrade to our home!

The entire experience from purchase to installation was exceptional. We had to have flooring put into two of our bathrooms, and the employees were friendly, knowledgeable and patient as we went through the process. They spent time with us and helped us make a great decision.Additionally, the timeframe was fast. Having had other floors installed, we anticipated a month or two wait. That was not the case. In fact, despite having to special order our selected flooring, they were still ready to install in two weeks.Going further, on the day of our scheduled installation, we had a pet emergency. They had no problem rescheduling for the next week, which was an enormous relief.Finally, and most impressively, Dennis and Nick, who installed the floors, were professional, respectful, and did an exemplary job. Though the nature of the work required two different days to complete, they arrived on time both days, worked quickly, and cleaned-up everything. That is to say nothing of the excellent job they did with the installation and the advice they also offered me, as I asked questions about how to move forward with other prep in those rooms.That itself would have been outstanding, but they went “above and beyond” (usually a cheap phrase, but appropriate here) in a) identifying a problem with a toilet seal and fixing it and b) making a repair to the front door for us, which I had put-off for some time. Dennis noted, “He saw it was a problem and figured it would get worse as they went in and out of the house,” so made the repair.In the end, I think this is a great business from the front of the house team to the installation crew.I’m no expert on flooring price, and we always shop locally, so we didn’t price around, but I can say I found the price far lower than I expected. Also, to be treated well at each phase in the process is, in my opinion, as the old Mastercard ad used to say, “priceless.”

Wow. Our new floors from Smitty’s are absolutely amazing. The workers were super nice people too. The entire experience from the first time walking in the door to the last moment the guys put down the final piece was flooring was top notch. Every person we spoke with treated us like we were the most important customer they’ve ever had. Thanks for the amazing new floors.

Went in to ask some questions about flooring. Totally ignored us. We asked a question the man spoke to us from the mezzanine. Never bothered to help us or suggest something else we could do. Then he just walked to the next room. Very unprofessional
