Most.of them are just miserable. I hate coming here, they are constantly snippy about amazon returns and God forbid, the scanner system is down and they have to do their job.

The manager was excellent and helped me box up a king size comforter for return. He even suggested I leave the package there so USPS could pick up so I wouldn’t have to make another stop. He was friendly and knowledgeable. A true pleasure to be met by his smiling and eager self.

Employee (Kathy) went WAY OUT OF HER WAY to get my package processed.
I did not have the return label printed, my package was not taped and the store was crowded. Employee (Kathy) got me through getting my Wi-Fi on, connecting to the Wi-Fi, sending my label to the store and printing the label and processing my package with PATIENCE, KINDNESS and even a SMILE.
I was VERY IMPRESSED and she had the same work ethic with the people ahead of me.

Chad Adam's went above and beyond to help me and my friend return a product through Amazon. He is a wonderful and amazing employee. I was very impressed the way he handled and helped us out. Amazing job.

Absolute scam artists. They tried to charge me a dollar to put a piece of tape on my box. One piece of tape. I have sent over 10,000 packages in the last five years at hundreds of ups locations around the country, and never once have been charged for a 10 inch piece of tape. Take your business somewhere else.

It was very busy, but the gentleman who manages that store/s was very helpful with my international shipment. He was very knowledgeable. He immediately stepped in when one of the new hired people couldn't figure it out. He also explained to them while he helped me what he was doing. It was impressive to see that kind of leadership and quick thinking.. I can't remember his name but I think he is in charge of several stores in the area.

Charged me a dollar for a piece of tape. Was kind of rude about it too. Know it all attitude. Been to many ups stores and never run into this issue.

I would recommend taking your Amazon returns somewhere else. This store tries to tell you that Amazon has changed their policies and requires you to return products in their original boxes by putting them in a secondary box that you have to purchase from them. This is 100% false. They are trying to make money. I not only work for Amazon but I called the customer service number and they also confirmed that this is false. Lying to customers to make a sale is dishonest and disgusting. I have reported this store to Amazon.
